The time slots allow for 30 minutes which is commonly more than enough time to discuss what Paper & Digital provide. Your scheduled time slot will be added to our calendar if unavailable you will be unable to select that time. We call at the scheduled time to discuss you interests accordingly.

If you are an existing client you may be asked for the reference number at the head of your storage certificate.

If you are an executor and wish to retrieve a Last Will & Testament you may be asked for ID if details vary from those on the certificate and in all cases a copy of the death certificate will be required prior to delivery.
