Secure Storage

The documents are stored in the vaults of our legal partners, a modern secure environment appropriately protected from fire and flood risks. The only parties who can retrieve the documents are you, your executors or estate planning professional if amendments are required or if have asked for personal delivery.

Why is there a fee?

On the high street solicitors often provide storage free of charge but they charge for amendments.
The fee we charge covers the storage and amendments! There are no tie in, we do not expect or require our clients to use P&D to conduct probate, indeed we promote the idea of clients shopping around and then asking P&D for a comparative quote.

The Benefits to you

Secure Storage provides a safeguard from loss or destruction by house fire, flood or third party interference.
Amendments and updating are provided free of charge and there are no binding requirements to use Paper & Digital for probate services, the choice is always yours and/or your executors.
